The Birkenhead Park Five Mile Road Race began in 1972 and has been run every year since.
The 2018 race is on Wednesday June 6th starting at 7.30pm outside the Visitors Centre in the Lower Park, and has chip timing again this year. Once again there will be over £600 of sports vouchers to be won :)
Regulars should note that this 15 minutes earlier than recent years.
It will be preceded by a Family Fun Run at 7pm in aid of the Charity 'Shiny Stones'
